Empowering Neurodivergent Youth to Thrive

At Grit and Grow Academy, we provide personalized support for neurodivergent youth, fostering academic and social success through tailored sessions in a nurturing environment.

Healthier and Happier

Our sessions focus on core traits every child should possess in order to thrive as an adult. Skills we focus on building with your child:

  • Social Skills - small talk, connecting with others, making friends, respecting others, using kind words

  • Academic Skills - homework completion, study habits, goal setting, celebrating success

  • Sense of Humor - ability to laugh at yourself, sense of humility, "don't sweat the small stuff"

Our kids are struggling...

With rising levels of loneliness, anxiety, and depression compounded with social media, academic pressure, and a lack of real-life connections, many kids are feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Even with the pandemic behind us, the effects were permanent on mental health.

Many young people struggle to find support whether due to stigma, lack of resources, or simply not knowing where to turn. As mental health challenges continue to rise, it's more important than ever to promote open conversations, access to help, and a sense of community.

Unique Strategies

We're not your typical Life Coach shop - we've got a few VIRTUAL fun strategies up our sleeves that are proven to help build those social emotional skills.

Coaching that meets your kids where they are. 💓

Fortnite Talk Therapy

Have a child who loves to play Fortnite? We love it! PLAY therapy gets kids to open up and naturally connect.

Roblox and Relax

Some kids just love Roblox. Your kids choice! Sonic Roleplay? Pet Simulator? Cake Off? Doors? Let's play and learn at the same time.

Not a gamer? That's ok - let's just chat! Over a set of sessions I'll get to know your child and align the goals you have set out for them in a comprehensive plan.

Chat and Chill

Comprehensive Planning

How do we start? Let's make a plan.

I'll sit down with you, the parent or guardian, for a complimentary 30 minute session to discuss your child and your goals. I will work to incorporate these themes and goals into our sessions with your child.
